Everything a salon needs to take bookings online

Several stylists

Each stylist has their own diary, price list, working hours, holidays and deposits. Customers can choose a stylist or "no preference".

Gap-aware time slots

Slots are only offered when they are long enough for the service, and the gap rule stops bookings leaving holes in the day that nothing on the menu can fill.

Deposits with Stripe

Optional non-refundable deposits per service, paid online before the request reaches the salon, into the salon's or the stylist's own Stripe account.

Confirm from your phone

The salon gets an email and a free Web Push phone notification with Confirm and Reject buttons for every request.

Automatic emails

Request received, confirmed, rejected with alternative times, moved, cancelled and a reminder the day before. Every template is editable.

Salon tools

A day diary, bulk actions, salon closures and off-site bookings, and a staff "book on behalf" form for phone and walk-in customers.

Booking takes one question per page

  1. Choose a stylist

    Or "no preference" to see everyone's availability.

  2. Choose a service

    Prices shown for the chosen stylist.

  3. Pick a day and time

    Suggested best-fit times listed first.

  4. Check and book

    Pay a deposit if needed, then wait for the salon to confirm.
