Spearheaded the full-lifecycle build from Figma and HTML concepts to a custom Drupal solution. Managed remote, multi-timezone delivery through iterative demos and team training, seamlessly transitioning into an ongoing core and contrib maintenance retainer.

The U.S. District Court (NYED) needed a complete digital transformation to turn static Figma design files and HTML prototypes into a robust, custom-themed Drupal site. The platform required secure, accessible content delivery for public legal information, seamless collaboration across transatlantic time zones, and long-term technical reliability.

- Custom Theme & Site Build: Architected and built the full Drupal application from scratch, creating a bespoke, accessible theme directly matched to Figma designs.
- Cross-Timezone Delivery & Training: Managed iterative client demonstrations, remote stakeholder reviews, and hands-on site editor training across split time zones.
- Post-Launch Maintenance: Transitioned the project seamlessly into an ongoing retainer for monthly core and contrib module updates, security patches, and site health monitoring.
