Blended hands-on code delivery with team mentoring, stakeholder management, and supplier oversight across a 4 way multi-site Drupal platform.

## The challenge

The university required expert senior support to guide a newly formed in-house team managing four higher education websites running on a single, shared Drupal codebase. The project demanded high-level technical direction to align multiple institutional stakeholders, improve third-party vendor output, and establish scalable coding standards without interrupting ongoing site operations.

## My work

- **Technical Leadership & Mentoring:** Provided hands-on mentorship to empower the internal development team, improving code quality and modernizing workflow practices.
- **Multisite Architecture & Code Delivery:** Developed core features and optimizations directly within the shared Drupal codebase to serve all 4 sites efficiently.
- **Stakeholder & Supplier Management:** Acted as a bridge between university stakeholders and external agencies, establishing higher standards for third-party code contributions and system upgrades.
