## The challenge

The department needed to modernize and maintain a business-critical regulatory register serving thousands of businesses and local authorities. The platform required architecture upgrades to support complex multi-user data workflows while ensuring strict compliance with UK government digital and accessibility standards.

## My work

- **Drupal Architecture Modernisation:** Refactored core architecture to simplify complex administrative user journeys and improve overall system stability.
- **WCAG 2.2 Remediation:** Conducted deep-level accessibility testing and implemented front-end code fixes to remove WCAG barriers across critical user workflows.
