## Contract project

- [University of Wales](https://8manj.co.uk/contract-work/university-wales.md): Blended hands-on code delivery with team mentoring, stakeholder management, and supplier oversight across a 4 way multi-site Drupal platform.
- [Primary Authority Register](https://8manj.co.uk/contract-work/primary-authority-register.md): Upgraded and maintained a critical government digital register, enhancing usability, compliance, and multi-user data workflows. Modernised the Drupal architecture and resolved key WCAG accessibility barriers across complex administrative user journeys.
- [U.S. Courts NYED](https://8manj.co.uk/contract-work/us-courts-nyed.md): Spearheaded the full-lifecycle build from Figma and HTML concepts to a custom Drupal solution. Managed remote, multi-timezone delivery through iterative demos and team training, seamlessly transitioning into an ongoing core and contrib maintenance retainer.
